Cancellation Policy
I implement a strict no-show and cancellation policy for all appointments. This policy is in place to ensure that I can provide the highest quality of care to all my clients and utilize my time and resources effectively. Understand that I am not a large healthcare organization. If you do not show, or do not cancel in advance of your appointment I now have an empty appointment time that could have been filled by someone else. If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, you must provide a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellation. Failure to do so will result in a charge of $150. This fee must be paid prior to scheduling any further appointments. Exceptions to this policy will only be made for unforeseen emergencies or extenuating circumstances, and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
