Individual Therapy Services

I offer individual therapy that begins with meeting via telehealth once weekly. With progress and time, we can move to bi-weekly or a monthly check-in if desired. I am particularly interested in working with women who struggle with higher weight, emotional or binge eating, body issues/dysmorphia, and anxiety, though this is certainly not the only criteria to work with me.

Confidentiality: Individual therapy sessions are confidential as the only people present are you and I. This provides a safe and private space for you to discuss your concerns without fear of judgment or consequences by others. Intensity: Individual therapy can be more intense and focused than group therapy, as it is designed to address your specific needs and challenges. This can be particularly useful for those who wish to dig deeper into their individual issues and gain 1:1 support.
Flexibility: Individual therapy allows for more flexibility in scheduling, which can be beneficial if you have a busy or unpredictable schedule.
Greater Control: In individual therapy, you have greater control over the pace and direction of the therapy and can direct the conversation to the areas you feel are most important to address.
